This website

• This site has no cookies, no analytics and no advertising trackers.
• The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Cloudflare may record technical information, such as IP addresses, in its server logs for security purposes. Cloudflare's privacy policy explains how it handles that information.

When you contact us

• If you use the contact form or email us, we receive your name, email address and whatever you include in your message.
• The contact form is processed by Web3Forms, a form delivery service, which passes your message to our mailbox by email. Web3Forms' privacy policy explains how it handles that information.
• We use your details to reply, to arrange and carry out work you ask about, and to keep business records.
• We don't sell them, and we won't add you to a mailing list without asking.
• If we go on to work together, personal information we handle during the project is covered by the agreement for that project, and we check privacy and data-handling requirements before any of it is sent to an external AI or cloud service.
• Each BEMA Labs app has its own privacy policy, listed with the app on our Labs page.

Access and correction

You can ask what personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing hello@bemalabs.com.au.
